Conference Program
The conference kicks off with registration and a welcome luncheon on Wednesday
before the program begins at 1:00 p.m. That evening, there will be a reception and dinner. The morning of Thursday, April 3 kicks off with a group breakfast followed by the day’s speakers. Following the last speaker, we will present the VTA’s 2025 annual safety awards winners.

The special room rates for the 2025 Conference start are $169 Queen/Queen per night and $179 King per night (plus taxes).
The deadline for room reservations is Friday, February 28, 2025.

PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for making your own reservations. Room accommodations are NOT included in the conference registration fee.
THE DEADLINE FOR ROOM RESERVATIONS IS FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 28!
Even if your plans are not certain, please reserve a room that you can cancel at least 72 hours before arrival without penalty if you cannot attend.
How to Register
Click here to register online or click here to download the registration form to complete and return to the VTA office. For planning purposes, it is important that you indicate on the Registration Form the number of people that will participate in each meal and activity.
Return the form and payment with appropriate fees to the VTA no later than Friday, February 28, 2025. No refunds will be given after March 21, 2025.
PLEASE NOTE: If your spouse or significant other is attending with you, you must pay an additional guest registration fee for her/him to have breakfast, lunch, and the group reception and dinner. Two meeting attendees staying in the same room must pay two registration fees, one for each person.
