THE HOTEL ROANOKE & CONFERENCE CENTER
The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center features 329 luxuriously appointed guestrooms and a 63,000- square-foot, high-tech conference center.
Originally built in 1882, this historic hotel is located in the Gainsboro neighborhood of Roanoke, VA and is a joint project of Hotel Roanoke LLC, the City of Roanoke and Virginia Tech.
In 1993 the Hotel Roanoke began a multi-million-dollar restoration and remodeling renovation project. Re-opening in April of 1995, Hotel Roanoke carefully preserved the past with touches such as an antique-filled lobby, original Czech-made chandeliers, a restored Regency Room (home of our signature Peanut Soup), Pine Room (formerly an Officers' Club in World War II), and the Palm Court, the original ceiling of which was painted to show the constellations as they appeared in the skies the day the first train came to Roanoke in 1852. Simultaneously, the Hotel Roanoke embraced the future by building a 63,000 square-foot meeting space, featuring state-of-the-art technology and accommodating more than 1,200 people, evolving into the Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center.

MEETINGS & ACTIVITIES
On Sunday evening, we will host the Welcome Reception followed by Dinner and the rest of the evening open for you to socialize with members or enjoy the area.
Monday will be filled with speakers and educational sessions. Monday evening will feature our annual reception and dinner. On Tuesday, attendees are free to enjoy the morning before checking out and heading home.

Travel and hotel demand is on the rise, so it is strongly recommended that you make room reservations as soon as possible. HOW TO REGISTER TO ATTEND
Click here to download the registration form. For planning purposes, it is important that you indicate on the Registration Form the number of people that will participate in each meal and activity. No refunds will be given after September 8, 2023.
NOTE: If a guest is attending with you, you must pay the guest registration fee in order for her/him to have breakfast, lunch and the group dinners. Two meeting attendees staying in the same room must pay the single registration fee for each person.
