Conference Program
The conference kicks off with the VTA Safety Awards luncheon on Tuesday where we will recognize Virginia’s safest fleets and announce the Driver and Safety Professional of the Year winners. Business sessions will be held on Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning. On Tuesday evening, we will host a Reception and Dinner, with the rest of the evening open for you to socialize with other attendees or enjoy the area.

Even if your plans are not certain, please reserve a room that you can cancel at least 7 days before arrival without penalty if you cannot attend.

Each unit is unique, and most accommodations have multiple floor plans to help you unwind and have a great experience. The special room rates for the 2024 Conference start out at $179 per night (plus tax).
The deadline for room reservations is Monday, March 11, 2024. Reservations cannot be made online.

How to Register
Click here to download the registration form to sign up for the meetings and other activities. For planning purposes, it is important that you indicate on the Registration Form the number of people that will participate in each meal and activity.
Return the form and payment with appropriate fees to the VTA no later than Wednesday, March 20, 2024. No refunds will be given after April 12, 2024.
PLEASE NOTE: If your spouse or significant other is attending with you, you must pay an additional guest registration fee for her/him to have breakfast, lunch, and the group reception and dinner. Two meeting attendees staying in the same room must pay two registration fees, one for each person.
