Working the Comp Out of a Workers Comp Claim

The best time to address avoiding, or at least, minimizing the exposure for a workers compensation claim related to an on the job injury is before an incident occurs. Are you taking the steps necessary in the hiring, training and retention processes to account for comp claims?
